Kellisia Hazlewood, Esq., is an attorney, serial entrepreneur, life coach, praise and worship leader, and preacher. Kellisia Hazlewood, Esq., holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Business, a Master’s in Theology, a Juris Doctor, and an LL.M in International Law, reflecting her diverse expertise and unwavering commitment to both faith and justice. Her journey is a testimony of resilience, faith, and purpose. Growing up with immigrant parents and humble beginnings, Kellisia worked tirelessly to rise to the top, never losing sight of her belief that Christians should live lives of abundance—not bound by poverty or paycheck-to-paycheck living.
Having grown up as the daughter of a pastor, Kellisia’s foundation in the church was strong. She believed from an early age that the church should be more than a place for preaching the gospel; it should also equip believers with practical tools to thrive in every area of life. Her vision was clear: pastors shouldn’t be the only ones flourishing, and Christians should be empowered to live purpose-driven, abundant lives that reflect God’s glory.
Although she always knew she was called to ministry, she wasn’t sure how that calling would unfold. Empower Ministries was birthed during a prayer and fasting exercise she initially planned to do with a friend. In that moment of devotion, God revealed a greater purpose, instructing her to open the fast to everyone. Within four hours, God had given her the complete framework for the first ministry initiative: The Millionaire’s Blueprint Fast. In just three days, He provided the mission, vision, and timeline for an entire year of ministry.
Through Empower Ministries, Kellisia channels her passion for equipping Christians to build generational wealth without compromising their faith. She believes God’s Kingdom should stand firm in times of turmoil and that no Christian should ever feel the need to sell their soul out of desperation for money.
